  : Not really that much too like, yes it's budget hotel but this was very budget. The only real positive was the friendly, helpful lady upon check in
  : Rooms were so basic, not one cupboard or draw to put clothes in! The mattress was that thin I had to double check there was a mattress in the bed and really uncomfortable. Also, the shower leaked so much under our little box room that I had to use all 4 of our towels to dry the room floor.No real facilities at all 2 vending machines, very often there was no one on reception or even in the hotel working.

  : It was a good location close to train and bus stations, and shops were nearby, ideally located for travel to the Leverkusen football stadium.
  : Very noisy, people talking and shouting outside other guests' rooms, the doors to rooms are coded so you either need to remember the code or copy it down somewhere, unlike the guessed the could get in his room at 03:00 and was shouting down his phone telling someone that he couldnt get in his room for 20 mins, if he was the only one that would have been fine because it happens, but it happened a couple of other times as well. Tried to find a staff member to complain to about the noise. However, there was no night staff available. There is no lift available for people with walking difficulties, Breakfast was very expensive for what it is, When there are cafes and bakerys close by for half the price, the cost of the budget ibis in leverkusen is massively overpriced nearly 200 euros for 2 night, you can stay in cologne a bigger city for less. I would only recommend staying here if you are out of options. Cologne is only 20 minutes away by train. Stay there instead.

  : Value for money. Not far from center of Leverkusen Internet speed was good. Clean room.
  : The staff should not ask the customer to send his credit card info to a public email box. Check in should be available before 17:00 Auto check in machine is broken. No elevator available

  : The price was good. The room was austere but clean.
  : Check-in was supposed to start at 15:00, but when I arrived at 15:15 no one was at the reception. I called the number given, and after exchanging information, I received a text message with the room number and code to open the door.

  : Location was decent in regards to the football stadium.
  : Property wasnt secure, doors remained open at all times. Staff were ridiculous and had no clue what to do. Poor girl who was hired to wash dishes was left alone with no clue what to do which was no fault of her own as she had only been there 3 days and had zero experience.
