  : Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Cozy place to stay for a few nights. We liked the location a lot, close to paddle boat rentals and a bike rental.

  : Breakfast was great. Rooms were small but really clean.
  : Parking was a little difficult. It is about 50m down the street in a very poorly marked private parking area. You have to get out of the car to lower the chains manually.

  : Breakfast was very good. Very clean room Perfect location In the city centre, 1 minute walking from the water. -1 minute walking from the city tour train. Very cosy place for relaxation.
  : The room was very small. The staff don't speak English

  : The hotel is in excellent location - in the old center of Lubbenau, in the small street with nice old buildings, close to the Gross Haven. The room is small but had everything we need, including the electric kettle. The breakfast was very good, especially when the staff suggested and cooked - scrambled eggs with bacon). Once we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was also nice. The staff was friendly, did everything we asked, helped to carry our luggage to the room.
  : Though the staff did their best we felt some discoordination of their work. Before coming I send a message to the hotel with the question if there is a electric kettle in the room and received the reply that there is no kettle on the room and we can take hot water from the restaurant. We took kettle with us in our luggage and when we came we saw that kettle was provided in the room) We paid for our room in advance via Booking and when we had check-out we were told that we didn't pay and we were asked to pay... Some time was needed for me to contact Booking and for the staff to contact their Boss to solve the situation. Finally everything was fine)
