Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 13 years old to 15 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Ferienhaus Alp Chalet in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please inform the property in advance of the estimated time of arrival. If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours you are kindly requested to inform the property in advance.

Please note that the key pick up and check in is done at the Hotel Alpenhof Postillion, Kalmbachstr. 1, 82431 Kochel am See.

The accommodation should be cleaned before departure, otherwise an additional fee can be charged.
