  : The breakfast was splendid, the room was nice and very clean. Especially the bed was very comfortable. The location is very nice as well. We had been in this hotel about two years before, we came the second time and thought we would know what to expect. The restaurant in the evening provides some delicious dishes which we enjoyed.
  : We stayed for a week. On booking.com the room was offered to be bigger than it actually was. Furthermore it was announced to be 4star with bathrobes and toiletries. These were actually not offered when we arrived with the exception of wall mounted washing gel. Then after request we got bathrobes "free of charge" on the second day of our stay. At the reception when checking out we were told that the high price (>150Euros) reflected the local price level because of a fair in Dusseldorf. To make exact planning of travel possible the page on booking.com should show opening hours of the restaurant, especially state on which days in the week it is closed.

  : The breakfast was good, the location was not far from the city, The staff was friendly.
  : We spent 3 nights and I hardly slept the second night, right before a very important day for me. Some people were moving furniture starting from midnight until the early hours of the morning, loudly talking to each other. It seemed there were in one of the rooms above or below. I tried calling the reception twice, no answer. An hour later, when I was trying to go back to sleep I got a call and there was no answer on the other side. I later found out from the reception that these people had been moving the patio furniture the whole night right in front of our windows, on the the hotel patio!!! The receptionist apologised for the trouble caused and did not charge us for the breakfast that morning. The mattrasses in the rooms are the cheapest or the worst I've seen in my trips for the past years. The rooms are very outdated, you can hardly find any electric sockets near the bed, and if you find any, they would be right behind your pillow.
