  : Reception was a nice surprise, extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. She even offered vouchers for Brenz Park and Aquarena when I mentioned my plans for the day. Breakfast was fabulous and varied every morning. Delightful, unhurried feel and pleasant surroundings. Great start to each day!
  : When I first booked from overseas, I would have liked an explanation of how to go about getting hold of the room card. When I enquired by email in German, I was only told that I could check in online but not how I would get into the hotel in the event of there not being any staff at the weekend, which was what I had been informed of.

  : Ecome Heidenheim is a modern, clean, cool hotel on the edge of Heidenheim town centre, a short walk from most of the shops and businesses. There's ample parking, big, modern rooms and it does a pretty good breakfast.
  : The hotel doesn't have 24hr reception and relies on a machine and an app for check-in, which is a bit unsettling as a foreign visitor who often arrives late from a flight into Munich.
