  : I can say nothing because the staff I was very poor Also because I called anyway to change the time They took both the money and they didn't even contact me I asked for it I take the reservation regarding the room the refund because I did not use the room

  : Very close to Hattingen train station and old-town. The hotel is no-frills, but exactly what I needed for a business trip - and for the price, offers excellent value. Will stay there again.
  : The front door is occasionally locked - fine once you've checked in, as your key can open it. But if you arrive while it's unattended, you have to call a number for admittance.
