  : You can check in after midnight - there is no much hotels in this area with such facility.
  : Customer service is awful. First we couldn't check in, because reception is closed and guests have to check in with the guy in a night shop. He couldn't find our reservation and barely spoke English. Ok, this issue was solved in the end. In the morning we woke up at 6 am, because rooms have a view on the truck parking and all the trucks started to go away early in the morning with beeping sounds of the reverse gear. And as a conclusion - a guy at the reception wasn't kind at all, when I asked for a business invoice he refused and told me that I have to take what he has and if I need an invoice for the company I should tell it while booking (which I did). After few minutes of persuasion he promised to send it via e-mail in the evening, because he can't do it right away. And guess what? He didn't. After three phone calls I've got it in 5 days after accommodation.

  : Tried to call the hotel several hours before arrival to inform that we were going to be a few hours late, but no one answered (tried to call several times). Upon arrival, the reception was closed and we spent several minutes to figure out that the gas station served as the reception. Booked the hotel via Booking.com and pre-paid. 2 days before arrival. When I came to the hotel they said the hotel room wasn't paid and I was forced to pay again even though I showed them the receipt and credit card transaction from Booking.com. When we finally got the key to the hotel room, the room wasn't cleaned so I had to go to the gas station and demand another room, which I got. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and there were old pee stains around the toilet. Beds were small and uncomfy. The only positive experience was that the hotel was next to an Ionity charger for electric cars.
