  : Its a large property with parking and outdoor place.
  : Our good feelings about staying here were spoiled by the fact that half of our deposit was kept back. This is not fair at all. The problem is whenever theres a deposit involved theres always an effort to keep all or part of it. This causes disappointment later. We paid more than 220 euro as cleaning fee in Advance. After check out I got a message that they will keep another 150 from deposit because we left the place dirty. Well what was the huge cleaning fee for. It would be better to increase the fee rather than try to usurp deposit. Or better remove the cleaning fee and ask tenants to leave the property clean. Its a shame really. And be ready to lose deposit.
