  : Location was very convenient. Apartment was high quality. Had a playground right outside the apartment. It had a garden with a good view. Overall it was value for money.
  : Had to go to a different location to collect keys. Wifi information wasn't shared along with housekeeping rules and check in information.

  : Spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment in a community apartment setting, with communal playgrounds and walkways. When we arrived, we were concerned about possible noise from neighbours as there are hundreds of apartments in the vicinity but the accomodation was quiet, restful, secure and very comfortable. Super location, 4 minute walk from the train station and under 10 minute walk to the Zugspitze train station.. Underground parking included. Kitchen had plenty of pots, a cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Bathroom has a lovely big bath, floor heating and a washing machine. Soap and toilet rolls for 2 days were provided plus salt and pepper but no oil.All the windows have roller shutters which really helped with creating a dark, quiet space at night and privacy during the day as there is a kids' playground outside the living area.
  : Our main issues have been documented in multiple other reviews and we are confused about why these concerns are not being addressed as the apartment is really lovely and is being let down by small frustrations. 1. Key collection is 1.5 to 2 km walk from the train station, nowhere near the apartment. 2. A large bond is taken when you check-in. Wifi is extra.3. When you find the address, the apartment is not numbered or named so you basically have to put your key in 3 identical doors on the ground floor, to see which one is yours! Bizarre. A simple name on the door would help. 4. The only way to contact the accomodation is via Booking . com as they don't use whatsapp or have an email contact. They say "you can easily phone us" but many international tourists use e-sims for data and cannot make phone calls. We could not use the paid wifi for 2 hours and could not contact anyone for help. Eventually my son found the modem/router in a cupboard and turned it off and on and screwed in a loose connection, after which it worked. Frustrating waste of 2 hours. There is a folder of "house rules" on the table but no information about heating, etc. The bathroom fan ran 24 hours a day and we could not turn it off. Small thing but annoying. 5. The main beds were incredibly comfortable but our teen son had to sleep on the sofa bed and it was hard and we wouldn't recommend it for multiple nights. We had 3 nights.

  : Amazing well-furnished apartment located at walking diatance to the Bahnhof. The master bed and sofa bed were more than enough for our family of 4. We enjoyed the splendid view of the Alps from the balcony, and our kids loved the Spielplatz right outside the balcony. Would stay here again on our next visit to Garmisch!
  : To check in, you need to go to another place that's 15 minutes away by foot. They did communicate about it, but not clearly enough, so I missed it. It would also have been more convenient if the basics like oil for cooking, bathing soap etc. were provided.
