  : We stayed in the centre of town/ Innenstadt in a dirty and run down apartment block. Apartment only has single beds. Carpet and bedding were stained and of low quality. The apartment had no curtains. We would have received better value for money at one of the hotels in the centre of town.

  : overall an uncomfortable experience.it was very dirty (there was dry blood on the sheets, it was dusty and with a lot of spiderwebs). the toilet is not private but in common with the other people on the same floor. we also had to wait half an hour to be welcomed into the room, we arrived in the timeframe we agreed with the host and once there we tried several to ring the bell but nobody answered. then we called on the phone and after some trials we got an answer and finally, after 30 minutes a teenage girl came to open us the door. we spent the same as we would have spent in an hotel, but for an extremely lower quality. never going back there.

  : It was nice and clean and it was really nice to have a coffee perculator in the room, with fresh smelling coffee grounds! The communal toilet was kept spotless, which really impressed me (it's a small room, literally like a closet... so that makes it even harder to keep clean, imh. Either the staff were checking it regularly, or no one else was using it apart from me!).
  : Unfortunately I was in the front room and there was no privacy from the street. People walk past only a meter away from the window. During the day you can't close the blinds because then the room is too dark, but at night the two blinds don't meet in the middle so there's a gap that passers by can see through (so don't get undressed with the lights on!). Another downside to this room is that every time a guest rings the door bell (half of the existing guests seem to forget their keys every time they go out to their cars) you have to answer the door if the reception staff are occupied with something else, or simply don't hear it. One guest even tapped on my window several times (she saw me sitting in my room) which got really annoying after a while (I let her in though, because clearly no one else was coming to answer the door. She kept apologising yet still kept forgetting her key). Probably the other rooms are fine and none of these things are an issue. Just request not to have the front room! (If there is nothing else available then stay somewhere else). Also, the mattress was too soft and lumpy for me so I didn't sleep well, and being right next to the front door I heard everyone coming and going until late at night and then again early the next morning (had some loud ladies yabbering away at the top of their voices a little before 6am. Although it's not super early, it's still dark and it would have been nice to have a little extra rest during my break time). Be aware that the toilet is outside the room (as clearly stated on the website) so you must leave your room to use it. Shower was clean, but needs hooks to hang towels/clothes on (kinda important). Otherwise, no more complaints! ;-)
