  : Don’t let the outside view of the building fool you. This hotel is a gem! The staff is absolutely lovely, welcoming, and accommodating. The room so very clean, daily housekeeping superb, and the breakfast is lavish. I wish the bathroom was bigger but not a big deal.

  : I had a kettle in my room. A complimentary bottle of sparking water (1 liter) was provided every day. There were enough electrical outlets, although I had to unplug a couple of lamps to fit my convenience. The hotel personnel was very attentive. A complimentary "lunch bag" was provided with the breakfast, although for personal reasons I didn't have the chance to taste it. WiFi worked fine for me and it didn't seem to have any notable caps or limitations (I've watched videos and had online meetings without issues).
  : My room was three stories up without elevator. The aisle light wouldn't turn on by itself, so until I realized there was a switch, I had to walk the aisle in the dark. I had to turn the light off manually, as there seemed to be no timer to it. The room was clean, but a little run down. Pillows (as it seems to be in vogue lately) were too soft and provided no support to my head/neck when I tried to read in bed.
