Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Braviscasa - Ferienresidenz Stadttor Endingen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
All apartments are on self-catering bases with no cleaning service, apartments have to be kept clean and tidy otherwise guests will be charged a cleaning fee of EUR 150.

Please be aware there is no reception therefore clients need to make sure that they have access to their check-in information which will be sent by the company Braviscasa Ltd. a few days prior to arrival.

Check-in times are from 16:00 - 20:00. Later check-in is possible upon agreement.
