  : The breakfast was incredible!! Absolutely worth the extra 8 euro, trust me. Also, there were robes in the room and a big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The lady who runs the place is super sweet.
  : It was a little far from the center of town, but there was a great restaurant really close by, as well as a grocery store.

  : The house was a beautiful old villa. It clearly has a long history as pictures and equipment tell. Our room was cozy and warmed up fast with the electrical heating. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and friendly and answered all our questions and also gave us nice tips on Eisenach. The bed was very comfortable, we had a good sleep. The location was very nice and not such a long walk from the train station as expected, also the public transport possibilities were good. The neighbourhood was wonderful and quiet with the Wartburg close by.
  : Behind the pretty exterior some issues are worth pointing out. We had no clear idea beforehand about our room as it was not specified which room would be chosen for us. Anyways, although we were happy about our room in the first level, we were surprised that the bathroom (sink and toilet) was across a tiny corridor next to another tenant's apartment and not directly attached to our room. The shower was in the cellar/basement for which you needed to pass the cold staircase. It would have been fine if this information would have been clear beforehand. Also, the "Spa" description matched only partly, because our bathroom had a weirdly working whirlpool bathtub (not that clean and we didn't figure out how it works) and a shower with low water pressure. In the bathroom(s) we found some random stuff and equipment of which we were not sure whether it was somebody's property or whether it was meant for the guests. We decided for a breakfast which was somewhat disappointing as some previous comments have already mentioned correctly the simple, cheap orange juice "Orangennektar 50%" and the "Aufbackbrtchen"- the cheap ready-made ovenbread. The boiled eggs were also indeed expired.

  : Very friendly host, good room, clean. Excellent location to explore the Wartburg and the center of Eisenach. Dogs welcome, enough parking space around the house.

  : Staying in a historical villa gave us an insight into the other historical villas in Eisenach. Our host provided us with insights and tips about the area and told us of some of her experiences in the old East Germany. She drove us to a nearby Chinese restaurant. The house is well situated and quiet. We were offered free toiletries and dressing gowns.
