WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 12 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Business Homes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the room rate.

Please note that different conditions apply for bookings of more than 2 apartments. Please contact the property for information regarding deposits.

Please note that a 20% deposit of the total amount will be charged for stays longer than 10 nights.

Please also note that children ages 3 and older are charged the full price.

Please inform the accommodation in advance in case of arrival after 21:00. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after 21:00.
