: The decor was fantastic & the property managers were really lovely. The breakfast was complete & yummy. The surroundings were very quiet.
: We were really looking forward to swimming in the gorgeous indoor pool (it was 35C that day), however we were informed that it was inaccessible due to COVID (in Aug 22). it turned out that its was just for private use by the owner. its not appropriate to list a pool as one of the amenities & then not lets guests use it. effectively its a look but dont touch pool. On hot days the rooms are exceptionally hot.Maybe it was just our room or an effort to save on gas but the room we were in only had barely lukewarm water (no hot water). While the property is listed as pet-friendly, in reality dogs are only allowed in the hotel room, not in any other indoor parts of the property. There is only one pet-ok room, so you need to check in about coming with a pet prior to arrival to see if that specific room is available. Luckily we could eat our breakfast outdoors but I wonder how they handle this in bad weather when eating outdoors or leaving a pet behind in the room is not an option. I would recommend that the property just not allow pets.
