: An amazing old manor that has been converted into very modern apartments short distance from the A24 midway between Berlin and Hamburg Beautiful location Stefan the manager was really helpful you can self cater if you want or there are restaurants 15 minuts drive away great for cycling around quiet country roads highly recommend Schloss Grabow

: Location and facilities were great! Nice apartment. Beautiful area. Nice village and forest nearby.
: The host asked us to cancel our prepaid booking so he could re-charge us directly. But, he overcharged us and refused to refund when we disputed the charges. We also never received an invoice despite asking twice for one. He maintained that they were valid charges, despite many discussions. We had to dispute through our credit card to receive the amount owed to us and we did receive it. 1) I canceled my vegetarian breakfast when I learned I would have to pay an extra 10 euros a day. He agreed to refund it and to give me regular breakfast, but he never reversed the charge. The breakfast is continental style, delivered to the room. 2) We were 3 people. (2 adults and a child) We specifically booked a room for THREE people. He charged us 35 euros a night for an extra bed, despite NO EXTRA BED was needed, nor given, because we booked a room for 3 people. Our total price was for 3 people and then he added on his own extra fee. The policies clearly state a price for an extra requested bed. But our given price was for 3 people in a room for 3 people. There was not an extra person. Our original price was very clearly the correct price. We would have booked a cheaper 2 person room and then the uncharge would have made sense, as we would have an "extra Person." 3) Our price on booking included promotional discount because of my "Genius" status. We lost that.
