After that, you will look for rooms in another hotel. Well, yes. This is not a hotel! This is a private house. For another 20 years, I have not seen hotels in the Europe, South Africa, South America etc. that do not have staff at the reception on a permanent basis. The staff leaves the hotel at 18:00. Also, after the doors are not opened for you, be prepared to be charged for non-shows. And in response to a request from the service with a request to cancel the fine, they will lie that they allegedly called you and tried to do everything possible blah blah blah, although before that they assured by phone that they had heard about you for the first time.
