: Location is good. Quiet close to Arber ski resort which is 7 kms drive. Recommended for ski fans. Chez republic is 10 mins by car from the apartment. Please check the comments on what i did not like, before you choose this place
: 1. Apartment not as in pictures I had booked at 60m2 apartment. I was given 35m2 apartment. I showed landlady my booking was 60 m2, she said nothing is free and gave me 35m2 apartment 2. TV and Internet TV was 1ftx1ft, looked like an old version from 1990s. I did not dare to use it. Internet was good. However it does not allow you to make video calls. So if you are looking for video calls from here, it is not possible. Reason being, cell phone reception for T-Mobile(did not check for other networks) was also week. No 4G. Hence no 4G for video calls. 3. Bed I had a double bed, 200x180 cms. Two mattresses were having a difference of 3 cms in height. Weird, isn't it?? 4. Heating It was peak winter. Heaters were set to 5. Due to poor insulation in the windows, i felt cold, especially during night. Almost caught cold in the apartment. I requested land lady for extra mobile electric room heaters, she said does not have it. Completely insensitive towards the issue 5. Bathroom It was small, no heater in the bathroom. It is too small, with mirror in the corner. Not sure where to look for our face 6. Professionalism I launched complaint to booking.com about mix up in apartment allocation. Landlady rushed into my room, shouting on top of her voice, showing me paper that booking.com had sent request for 35m2. I said, i showed my request was 60 m2. She said, pay now or leave. I had no option but to pay the money. Never expected such a behavior from anyone in hospitality business. Well this is my experience of 35m2 apartment. 60m2 might be better. So please check with property or booking.com to clarify your needs before booking. Hope you do not get some trouble as i faced it in there.
