  : Friendly welcome in a traditional house. We had a spacious and very clean room at the top of the house with comfortable beds, a small sofa, a table and two chairs. It was very quiet and we slept well. In common with most guest houses in Germany, there was no facility to make a cup of tea or coffee but we took a stroll along the beautiful river Mosel and found a little cafe. The breakfast was excellent and the hostess took a lot of trouble to make it all vegan for us. As well as the usual cereal there was a lovely plate filled with cut fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers etc and she made sure that the rolls and bread were vegan as well. There were two different types of hummus too, we were really spoiled. We greatly appreciated that! You can buy wine from their very own vineyard there. There is private parking. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily stay there again.

  : Check-in was super easy. The owner was sitting with guests outside and greeted us upon our arrival. Took our names and addresses as part of the Covid protocol and showed us to our room. The owner speaks a little English but is not fluent; however, we used Google to translate and we got by without issues. The breakfast was a very good German breakfast with fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, and breads. We also purchased a nice bottle of wine in the afternoon. Checkout was easy and the property had free parking.
  : Wine tasting was not yet available; although, one could purchase a bottle of wine.
