: The hosts are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are very spacious an comfortable and beds so cozy. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. And there is big space to park outside te house, located in a very nice and quite neibourghood.

: Room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Wonderful balconies with views over the mountains. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also kindly let us store our luggage there on the last day for a few hours after check out. The breakfast was excellent, beautifully laid out with lots of choice and very tasty - particularly liked the rolls and cereal options provided. The meats, cheese and eggs were also delicious.
: Although there was lots of very helpful local information provided by leaflets in the guesthouse, we were not told about the Tegernsee Karte. We only learnt about this on our last day in town when talking to someone at the Tourist Information office who seemed very surprised that our hosts had not offered it to us or at least told us about it. This was a shame as it would have saved us quite a bit of money and made some of our transport decisions more straightforward. Our only suggestion for breakfast would be to have a pot of filter coffee available rather, or alongside the machine. The coffee from the machine not particularly good and sometimes very hot. Otherwise, a first rate breakfast! Shower room was clean and functional, but very small - getting out of the shower would be a bit tricky if you weren't steady on your feet.
