  : The cleaner came into the apartment and my bedroom unannounced and without knocking. I was in bed!

  : I made a booking for a one night stay in december, which i then had to modify for october. Even if the accommodation's policy allows for a change of dates, the owner refused my request, saying the apartment I booked is not free (others were). I had to make a new booking for the night i wanted before they would cancel the one in december (they have 0 trust in their customers). On the day of the arrival, i was asked to provide my credit card details via message for them to charge for the room (even if I provided all the information needed, via booking, at the time i made the reservation). When i refused to provide the information via an unsecurred channel, they asked me to go to another city (20 minutes away from the hotel) to pay in cash. Otherwise they will not provide me with the access code (and there is no way to enter the building without that). They would not answer the phone, nor call back even if we left them a voice message. In the end, booking.com stepped in, and having no resolution from the hotel, rellocated me somewhere else.I would not recomment it for anything in the world, communication was impossibles and they have 0 trust in their customers.

  : I really enjoyed the self-service building access and keys pickup. It actually removed some stress after a long day of travel and it was very convenient. The building was clean and seemed newly renovated in a very tasteful way. Location was ideal being in the center of Bad Waldsee and we usually parked our car in the large parking lot that was a 1minute walk away, we always found a spot in the free parking. I'll be returning in a few months for work and I will return here.
  : The only minor issue I had was since it was a top floor unit in a large very old building, the floors were very slanted. If you would be not careful you might trip upstairs in the loft/kitchen area but again this was very minor. The views from the windows being on the top level far outweighed this issue.
