  : Location for the Christmas markets was excellent though it was a taxi ride from the railway station. . Plenty of dining options close to the hotel but bookings were essential as the Bavarian restaurant we would have liked to eat at was booked out for the 5 days that we were in Augsburg. There was no fridge in the room but the manager very kindly brought one up for us. We had booked a suite at the hotel only to find that was on the 6th floor and the lift only went to the 5th floor then there was a long sweeping staircase to climb to reach the room. The climb with suitcases was not possible for us so an alternative room was offered. The alternative room was spacious and had a very good seating area. As a bonus when we messaged booking.com with the lower tariff we were delighted with the saving and more than happy with the size of the room.

  : Family friendly hotel, great staff, plenty of space in the rooms and great location. A great supermarket is just next door and so it's the City Centre.
  : Breakfast was a bit underwhelming and not everything was fresh (for example the marinated artichokes).

  : The rooms were great, especially the 4-person room on the corner of the building was amazing. The breakfast was excellent too, lots of choices, great teas. The hotel is optimally located to visit Augsburg, all of the important touristic sights are within walking distance.
  : We did not get 2 rooms next to each other, although I asked for them during reservation. I pointed this out to the receptionist, but she just shrugged. Parking is not very convenient - the parking next to the hotel is expensive and closes at 22:00. You can still leave after that time, but not enter.
