  : Breakfast was good. The cleaning staff always checked with us and gave us clean towels, toilet paper and tissues when we asked for them. We did use a free parking space for 2 days. Anytime we needed a taxi, the front desk would call for us.

  : We had a room 2 weeks before this at the Hotel Olive Inn. In that room the WiFi worked and I was able to get the BBC TV channel. The following is a list of things I reported to the front desk that wasn't fixed while we were out of town for 2 days: Glass door on shower will not slide correctly, it comes off the track. Toilet flushes warm/hot water, not on cold water supply. Also, the shower faucet & the sink faucet has the hot water on the wrong side. Cold should be on the right & Hot on the left. Bathroom lights are not bright enough. BBC TV channel not working. Getting prompt: Schwaches Signal. Cannot connect to the original Olive Inn WiFi in our room that really works, It might show we have the WiFi, but it is too slow to do anything, very weak signal. The other 2 WiFi GUEST & GUEST II says I entered the wrong password. It probably has a different password and no one knows what that password might be.

  : Needed better care,not very clean,better mattress.

  : Big room, very quite indeed, generally clean but with used handkerchief under the bed. Television would work after some learning, but one would need to get out of bed just to switch the channel. Very good breakfast. Personnel very friendly and polite (even when one arrives after midnight)

  : My room very cozy, for one person, maybe two. Breakfast and bed excellent, nice complete shower. I did not rent a car, I regret it because the parking lot was right beside my room and no need for reservations.
  : I didn't like the smoking around outside the hotel. Also, my room had a telephone but I could not made a single call to the airline to check my flight. Hotel management prohibits using the telephone, so, what's the idea to have a telephone in the room if the guest cannot use it. Crazy...isn't it? But, people, I do not blame the staff, they are following orders from management. I needed to make that call because I did not have a phone with me nor a computer.

  : the set up of the room, breakfast was a lot, not fat from a bus stop, still within walking distance from center
  : strange architectural design solution - the one area of the hotel is a one-storey motel like positioned window against window rooms, and with the blinds up, you feel like every one from the other rooms is in your room too, but for one night is fine

  : Problem with,heating on arrival,hairdryer didnt work reported to reception twice not fixed.The Check out clearly states 11am from 9:30 am we have 3 phone call from reception asking what time I will leave the room!The cleaners were waiting outside the door and knocking!!Hot food at breakfast completely cold!!
