  : - friendly staff - great amenities - children pool, sauna and playing area, ski shoes drier, chill lounge - an old house (1910) which is full of character and was beautifully renovated - nice terrace and a big garden - all required utensils exist on every floor - two parking areas enough to accommodate all cars
  : - the distance to the Klinovec ski resort is very short on map, but in winter conditions with lots of snow on the roads and in the parking lot the drive can take up to 30 minutes and it's a bit stressful. - there are no real restaurants/dining places in the town and most of them are only open in the weekend. Without an option to dine at the accommodation you are left with either having to cook your meals or drive around 20 minutes (winter time) each way. - there was supposed to be a breakfast included. But probably due to Covid-19 regulations it was no longer offered and the dining room was closed. We were not informed in advance about it.
