  : Hostile attitude of the owner/manager. We called that we will be an hour late for the check-in deadline (7.30pm) due to traffic jam on the highway. We were lectured by the owners wife who essentially made us feel like we were there for her and not her for us... There were no clear procedures for check-out so we left the keys in the doors and decided to leave. The owner ran after us angry that we didnt call him. We tried to look for him but gave up. The family runs the business on a side and is essentially annoyed by the customers. Ridiculous! We stayed in several other apartment/house rentals in the area but this was by far the worst experience. The property listing on Booking does not include a house number making it very difficult to find (on top of the fact that the street numbers are all over the place and one ends up driving around in circles...). In addition, the price is much higher than other apartments in the are. We only booked it to allow 2 families to be together.
