A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals between 20:00-22:00, 25 EUR applies for arrivals between 22:00-00:00 and 50 EUR for arrivals between 00:00-03:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
