  : Nice spacious rooms, very warm welcome, good breakfast selection and hotel location was excellent. The rooms had everything we needed and space for all our luggage.
  : The air conditioning was not very effective although we were told this was a result of power outages the week before. The towels were fairly small.

  : Greetings,Further to my previous email requesting to change our hotel in Prague due to its very low quality, I am following up to report what happened to us at checkout which will explain the huge gap between their rating at Booking.com and reality. Basically, they tried to bribe us to buy a good review.In addition to the issues I reported in my first message, we spent our last night without air conditioning. When we reported our complaints to the morning staff during checkout, they offered us 20% refund with the condition of writing a positive review. When we refused they contacted their manager who was offsite and we told her that they cannot buy our review and if they wanted us to write no review, they had to give us a full refund; the manager offered a full refund of one room but not both. She suggested we hold off on the review for 3 days to give them a chance to escalate the matter to their CEO which we felt was a delay tactic and did not agree.Our request to you is to get us a refund for the difference between a 5 star facility advertised in Booking.com and the reality of a 2 star facility that we had to endure for 4 nights.Regards,Mashael Abualsoud

  : I nearly stay not more than 36 hours but ive paid 3 nights because of my booking hope to get refund if possible...Sky bar was able for weather which is mostly rainy so not usefull alwaysRoom clean was late i need to call two times to be sureI think Lifts need a bit more care
