  : The location was great and the breakfast was very good. The staff were polite and the bathroom was spacious.
  : The room was cramped and didnt have side tables for both people so we had to put charging devices on the floor. Also the air conditioner was broken the entire stay and nothing was done about it. We opened the window for some air, but then we had bugs in the room and it smelt funny from the vents outside. It wasnt even hot outside, but the room felt way hotter for some reason, so AC was important. There were also motion sensor lights that were slow to turn on, so you had to walk in dark hallways.

  : The location is premium, as long as you are not assigned with room 101 or any other that wasn't cleaned.
  : We order the hotel approx. 9 months before our arrival. Enough time to arrange something nice. We arrived at 20:00 after a long train journey. We were assigned with a dirty room full of dust everywhere (carpet with also rest of hairs, closet, heater, sofa, curtains, covertor on the bed...all dust) The hangers in the closet were broken and lots of dust on the shelves, no preasure in the shower, also very slippery without a handle where to hold and, unconstant hot water that could suddenly turn into cold water. The AC was so noisy that we hardly could listen to each other when talking. Bed with old matresses with steel springs outstanding. All the bedroom smelled bad, like it was closed for a long period. We couldn't open the windows because there were pigeons walking between the engines of the AC outside. We had to stay in that horrible room because the receptionist told us that they were fully booked and only the day after he would check again. The day after by 08:00 after breakfast, we were told the same, that they were fully booked.. We requested to cancel the additional nights since we decided to leave. Suddenly, they found a room and upgraded us. Regarding breakfast, not the best, but good enough. What I would suggest is to add some alternative products for lactose intolerance people such us soy milk or yogurt or margarina. I had to buy my own at the supermarket and bring it for every breakfast. The breakfast area is about 40 steps underground. The elevator doesn't get there. The music in the background is rock 'n roll, and rather than give you a calm morning to start the day, it might get on your nerves.

  : The room was comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. The gentleman at reception was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and there is a (pay-as-you-use) mini-fridge in the room with enough variety for most tastes. I would definitely stay there again.
  : Be aware that the tub has very high sides (not uncommon in Europe) which may make getting in and out tricky for some. If visiting during the hot months, you might wish to have a fan: the a/c only goes down to 18 Celsius. Those are not criticismswe were very satisfiedjust factors to consider.

  : Excellent location right at the "Vclavsk" end, close to the astrological clock and next to the old town. The hotel offers a good breakfast and also the possibility to park in the garage:
  : Note a little sad fact. Driving to the parking garages was difficult if you had mistakenly entered the hotel. A few minutes' walk to the parking garage, but more than hour from the old town by motorbike. You couldn't drive in front of the hotel, luggage couldn't be unloaded in front, you had to carry it from the garage or a block away

  : Yes. Big no to the shower drainage. Asked to reception to fix and they did not fixed. The tub was half fool and not draining the water at all. That was the worst thing that could happened.
