  : Excellent location, very helpful & friendly staff.
  : From my perspective the only thing the room lacks is daylight so l had to have the light on all the time. The room was decorated in the dark colours which doesnt help.

  : I was able to check in early having arrived at the hotel at around midday. The hotel is in an okay location and the staff are very responsive. Complimentary water in the room is a nice touch. The heating worked well. The water pressure in the shower was good.
  : I booked this hotel as I am familiar with the brand (both Nyx and Leonardo) and paid 60-70 more than the average price in Prague at the time as I wanted something predictable and familiar due to travelling alone. The reviews were also comforting as there were a lot of good ones but those reviews were not my reality. Unfortunately, the place is a bit of a dump and Id give it 3 stars at best. The hotel had taken the payment the day I had made the booking (I booked a day before check in) but when I arrived I had to pay the full price of the booking. I explained that the payment had been taken already but this was disputed as it was apparently a preauthorisation on their end, even though I could see on my account that it wasnt a preauthorised or pending transaction. I will await my refund I guess. There is confusion about the check out time, with the literature saying 11am but my booking confirmation saying midday (I checked out early anyway), breakfast didnt look very appealing, the bar is awfully basic but cramped with furniture, the floors are dirty and cold, the shower is small with a dodgy door and has mould. The bathroom in general wasnt nice, with a funny smell and dirt everywhere. I was scared to step bare foot in the bathroom so ended up going to buy flip flops specifically to wear in the shower and bathroom. I thought they had mistakenly given me a disabled access room as the bathroom was a wet room, but was assured it was a normal room. Housekeeping came to the room the first time to sort out the dirty, wet floors and it was a very odd interaction. She knocked, I said hello and let her in, she wiped one section of the floor and walked straight back out without saying anything and left the door wide open. I was expecting her to come back given the lack of communication so waited with the door open a few moments but when I checked the corridor she had left. I was offered a swap but the alternative room was smaller without a wardrobe and just as dirty.

  : The coffee maker, the kettle and the small fridge ware wery usefully! The big shower.
  : I took a room for me for one night mainly in order to have a good sleep, unfortunately the matrass is so bad, I could feel the springs in my back! It also 2 joined pieces and not one big matras, so i had to sleep only on one side of the bed when i alone.. Not ok- Totally ruined my stay.

  : The location of this hotel is perfect, its a short walk to Wencelas square and in easy reach of the old town etc. The good thing is its quiet at night so sleep is not disturbed. The style and quality of the hotel is very nice plus the rooms are very fresh and modern with comfortable beds.
  : Nothing not to like here. They even give you a chocolate on checkout :)

  : The room was spacious with a big window, beautiful decor. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance from all mane attractions. The breakfast was nice, loved the variety of the fresh juices. Definitely worth the price. We will come back.
