  : Its very bad accommodation there is no hot water and no parking spot. We had to change the apartment at 1 o'clock in the morning because the hot water didn't fixed. After driving 20 hours from turkey we find this situation and girl was not friendly and even she doesn't say sorry. In 2 nights we change 3 appartements because in the second apartment the police came.

  : I liked that the inside of the apartment was almost clean.
  : The property wasnt cleaned enough. There was a big stain on the couch. The building was so old and horrible. The apartment was on second floor and although I knew there wasnt gonna be an elevator but the stairs were too hard to climb. There was a series of full trash cans in front of the building!!! Even the staff were not nice at all! They didnt even behave like a proper host when I went to get the key.

  : The whole stay was terrible.Stayed here for 2 nights with family. To begin with, they made a 228 charge on my credit card, and then messaged me to pay the rest of the 500 in cash. I messaged that I don't carry cash and will not carry any and asked if that'd be a problem. Very conveniently, they didn't reply to that. And then completely ignoring that message, they gave me details to collect the keys. They made us pay in cash and said that they didn't see my message about not wanting to pay in cash, saying the message was automated, which already made me and my family feel unsafe with the lack of truthfulness.The key collection place was in a different location from the stay. A 15 min walk, which is not bad, but if you're getting in tired after a day's journey, and if you're going with family, that can be very inconvenient. In addition, it took a while to even figure out how to get into the house. It was like a junkyard to get into the house. And there are no lifts, so it's some flight of stairs of carrying your luggage. If you reach after 10 pm, you have to pay 30 which we did. This was told upfront, but it felt like a ripoff given all the nonsense we had to go through.We were a group of 7 (including 2 kids), and they didn't have enough toilet rolls to last us the last day. And the washer wasn't working. If it weren't for the historical and artful scenes the city had to offer, this would've been a complete waste of money.Stay away from this property, unless you're okay with poor service and expensive stay.

  : it was one of the worst place I ever been the building doesnt have lights and I sent photos down there shows that the building wires all showing in pictures plus one of my Daughters fall down at night because its dark and couldnt see the Stairs. thank you.

  : We loved the location (10 minute walk from the coty center), the apartment was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
  : The only bad thing is that there wasn't any pods/detergent for the washing machine.

  : The apartment is close to the city center, shops, and parking spots. It is perfect for 4 persons, clean and spacious.
  : The fact that toilet paper was completely missing is a big minus. There was no hand towel in the bathroom or place to hang one. These can easily be fixed by the person who rents the apartment. Its the small things.
