  : Perfect location and a fair breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and enough space in the room.

  : Very central location and nice decor. Comfortable beds and ok breakfast. Cleaning service is very good. There are flip flops and 2 bathrobes.
  : The carpets should be removed, they are old and dirty. Breakfast could have more variety and fresh juices. Older guy working as a receptionist was not flexible at all when I politely asked for a bit later check out at 13 pm because I had online business meetings scheduled the whole morning until 13pm and it was difficult to move out before 13pm. He said that they need 3 hours to clean the room. Since the check in is at 15pm 2 hours was enough for cleaning (13-15) in my opinion and he could have made an exception but he did not want. In the restaurant below the waiters bring the bills with recommended tips included (12.5%) - this is the first time I saw such a thing! I usually give tips (10-15%) but this is a very aggressive behavior in my opinion to impose the "recommended tip" on the guest.

  : Air condition didn't work causing electricity shutdown. After 2 hours we were transferred to better facilities and location..The staff was very nice apologizing again and again.The new hotel was unremarkable.

  : The hotel is location is excellent. St. Charles bridge is less than a minute walk away. Old Town is only is the same. The room had beautiful paintings on the walls. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless.The breakfast buffet was very good.
  : Their was no wi-fi in my room. I asked the front desk about the wi-fi and they gave me a different address but I was still unable to connect to any wi-fi. In the other parts of the hotel I had no problems.

  : Location was excellent close to the Charles bridge and lots of local options for dining etc.
  : Room was too hot with no air conditioning, had to leave windows open through the night to cool the room down which meant noise from surrounding area - thankfully ear plugs were provided.
