  : Very convenient location in city centre. Room comfortable and warm. WiFi OK. Loved the Dali prints in the hallways and our room. Very lovely flowers in courtyard.
  : Breakfast not included but offered for 13 euro which we declined as not good value

  : The location is great. Very near metro & tram connections. A few steps away from Palladium, a large shopping mall. Plenty of eateries, coffee shops and pubs in the vicinity. The centre of the city is a few minutes walk away. The hotel is decorated with the nod to Spanish culture. Theres a Spanish restaurant on the ground floor. Cannot comment on the menu as I did not use. Also adjacent is a wine bar, which is open well into the night, serves Spanish wines and nibbles like cheese and cured ham, for the late crowd. The rooms are clean, however, they might benefit from an upgrade. The breakfast was adequate, the coffee machine quite slow. The manageress Lada of the front staff was very pleasant and customer focused. Its nice to see, particularly this day and age. She will go far in her career.

  : The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere amd I just loved the decor! Location was great too. Breakfast buffet was lovely!
  : The room was wonderful and spacious, however the matresses on the beds were very soft, and this made restful sleep challenging for us(prefer firm matress for back issues).

  : The common areas were very pretty! Lots of plants. Location great. Our suite had plenty of room and the shower worked very well. There was an empty minibar which was great because we put our water bottles in it. But the best thing was the staff: They were all so helpful, friendly and full of smiles. Thank you for helping us get an airport taxi when our booking.com taxi didnt arrive! :) (Booking.com later gave us a full taxi refund and we made our flight.)
  : I was given only one pillow for my double bed, and the pillow was bad. Asked for another one and got it, no problem. But maybe there could have been 2 pillows to start with, so the customer can choose which one they want? Such a small detail, but a good nights sleep is what many people want from a hotel. Its the core of the hotel business, after all. Also, the suite could have benefittes from something extra to make it more welcoming. It was a bit colourless and dated, especially compared to the lovely reception area and corridors. For this garden hotel, maybe garden wallpaper or even a plant or two inside the room would have given the impression of better upkeep. And then there was the issue of fire safety on the 4th floor. The exit to the fire escape (the only stairwell) was locked. Our key did fit but in a panic, Im not sure if Id want to fiddle with a tiny lock, or if Id even be able to see it in the dark/smoke, or if Id have remembered to bring the key. Luckily there was no fire. I dont think that would pass fire inspection in my country.
