  : Great location, clean and modern rooms. Ok breakfast.
  : We found a big butterfly on bed. No one’s fault I guess, it’s summer. But the kids were surprised.If you do it for the first time, you’re tired and just want to get into the room, this online check in might get you really annoyed. But that’s fine.What is not fine is that you can get to your room only by using the elevator and the code. And there are no instructions in the elevator. I wasn’t in the mood for quests and that got me really pissed off.

  : Good location, clean, close to old town and the river
  : First apartment had no blind in the bedroom. I can see this was mentioned in April in a previous review so it was known about and not fixed. We asked to be moved or a blind put up and we were offered another apartment which we took. One of the blinds in that room wouldn’t open but it was better than not having one at all. Also as in previous comments, air conditioning wouldn’t go below 20. We had people in our apartment for 2 days (on the balcony) doing maintenance on the aircon but it didn’t seem to make any difference. We paid extra for a balcony and then weren’t able to use it and had workers there from 9am. I have been promised some refund and the facility left us a bag of (expired) dried strawberries as way of an apology. They did also offer a lunch in the bistro downstairs but we wanted to be out for the day so we declined. Update: NUMA apartments have responded really positively to the feedback, they offered us a 10% refund and a 15% discount on future stays and we will be pleased to use this in the future.
