  : Big room and bathroom. Close to Metro. Clean
  : The bed mattress was very strange, not a conventional mattress at all, more like a couch, and was hard, as far as mattresses go. The internet stopped working completely one night. Check in process was arduous and required going to another hotel in another street. No black out curtains. Walls were a bit thin, could hear people talking in the next room.

  : The girl who work on the reception, was very helpful and very nice talking with her, only her was the good thing.
  : The guy who work after 23:00.Cus the first night we leave on the room the cardkey which was for the door flor off the hotel , when he come to open the door, he start talking without asking. And he was drunk. That i didn't like at all. Someone have to tell him to calm down dude.

  : The staff came to my room at 12 clock at night to ask about city tax that i did not pay. They could not wait until morning and they woke up my 5 month old baby. She was very scared and we had to leave immediately.

  : Room was clean and bigger than expected.
  : The attention. I did not see a single person from the time I did the check in to the day I left. I feel like I was so lucky to find someone at the reception when i arrived, cause the rest of the time this reception was empty. I forgot a t-shirt in the room and after the check-out I went to the reception to tell them, but of course nobody was there. I waited and ringed for half an hour and then at some point I decided to call the hotel. They told me to go to another different hotel to talk to the reception in there. I went and I was told that when they get the t-shirt I would be called. No call from then by now and its already been a week.

  : The staff were super sweet when we arrived there and did their best to accompdate us :) The location is great, not too noisy at night from the streets but still near public transport and a great mall
  : The sheets had some spots on them but otherwise they were clean. The bathroom was a bit small but for 3 people thats to be expected. I dont really recommend choosing the breakfast option. The orange juice and and other juice came out of the machine as water or slighty flavored water.
