  : Very friendly staff who speak several languages. The cleanliness is also very good. The location is ideal for sightseeing.
  : Lacking Czech food at breakfast buffet, which was a real disappointment. I was told that they cater for international clients. The description of the rooms need improving on the Web. They say they have external and internal views. What they don't say, is that some rooms have no views at all! The duplexes are in the attic, so they only have skylights. It would have helped to have read this on the Web when booking. I ensured, I did not book internal view and so I expected to have at least some view of the city.The sofa-bed was extremely uncomfortable. I would strongly advise the hotel to invest into better quality sofa-beds if they are intended for paying guests. I have a sofa-bed at home and it is very comfy and suitable for daily use.Our otherwise lovely bathroom was ruined by ill fitted toilet seat, making it completely unusable.In room manuals would benefit from detailing the times of everything they offer. For example, bath robes can only be provided by housekeeping, so this is not available once they have gone for the day. Extremely poor selllection of tv channels, which is an issue if you are staying for more than just one night, the weather is not good or you have kids.

  : Nothing to do with the property but our room was facing the water which we thought was a plus until we realized it was also facing a night club which was extremely noisy especially between 4 and 5:30 every morning when the crowd spilled out on to the street

  : The hotel decorations were great, with lots of paintings. Breakfast was excellent, with slight variations each day (different fruits, cakes, etc). Location was central, with good connections to the trams. The lift is fast and convenient.
  : The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was less than ideal, the bathroom layout was also awkward, the distance between the shower and the toilet was too small. The walls in one of the rooms were thin, you could hear the other guests talking.
