  : The location is very accessible and safe , near to castle. Hotel has parking and apartment for family groups. They are very friendly and warm welcoming. Beautiful garden and nice environment! Rooms are very clean with every amenity! Good breakfast!

  : Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location is close to the castle district, but Charles Bridge is a short walk away. On the way home in the afternoon/evening you have to walk uphill, but on the way there are several cosy Czech pubs with traditional food, good atmosphere and more excellent beer.
  : The accommodation is clean and cosy, but if you're looking for a modern fancy atmosphere and minimalist design, you'll be disappointed. The sauna is at an extra charge - rather unpleasant value for money - and may or may not be available. It is advisable to find out in advance if this is a priority.

  : The room is very large and would be a good size for an extended stay. The hotel itself has nice areas for walking around and outdoor seating. It's very leisurely. I thought the price was reasonable for what you get. One of the best things was the breakfast. I have never had such delicious scrambled eggs. They alternate the next day with eggs that are poached but also very delicious. It's one of the best parts of the stay! The garage was very secure and convenient. It's under the hotel. The LOCATION is incredible. From this hotel you can walk to the Church of Our Lady Victorious, where the statue of the Infant of Prague is located. You can also walk to the Charles Bridge which is something you don't want to miss. You can also walk uphill to the Prague Castle which is another must-see location. We also walked to the pickup stop for the Hop On/Off Bus. You could spend your entire stay there and be near all the interesting spots.
  : I am not sure if this applies to all rooms but the bathroom was not designed well. They just took a very large room and put in a wall in the corner and called it a bathroom. The problem is that because the ceiling are cathedral style, the walls of the bathroom do not go all the way up. Thus if you "have to go" it's not very private. Nor is it appetizing for the other person who is eating a sandwich just outside the bathroom. The interior wall of the bathroom is one large piece of clear glass. To have privacy you have to pull the curtains closed over the glass. The shower is also poorly designed. As I stated it's just a glass panel for a wall, and the shower floor is not sloped, it's flat. Therefore the water does not drain easily to the drain. It floods the shower area and spills over onto the bathroom floor and possibly onto the rug on the other side of the shower. However, this did not affect the comfort of the room but they really should have a better design.

  : Location is great, the receptionist, not that great, but the next day was a lady that was super nice.
  : The hotel is an conglomerate of old houses, navigating the hotel is a problem, to get to the hotel's only toilet or to the breakfast, you have to change two elevators and two wings. The room has an old key that weights 1kg, impossible to carry it with you. The garage is a nightmare to use, is underground after a very tight ramp, and the street is so narrow that you cannot safely enter or exit it. If you have a trailer - forget it! Also if you need an invoice, forget it, they don't know simple primary accounting and they minus the accommodation on the invoice, and also they refuse to generate on invoice for the prepayment.
