  : Vila Valaska is very nice building and the apartment was relatively big. Also the location - very close to the spa centrum - was perfect. 2 toilets in the apartment, spacious bathroom, independent closet - all good. And the lady on reception at the date of arrival was also very nice and helpful.
  : Food - first day we had dinner - everything fried (pommes frites and fired cheese - no other option was offered), cold soup and they asked 250 CZK/person for such poor food. Breakfast - very basic and I would also say poor - nothing really fresh, no fresh fruit, no knife to cut bread. What was super disappointing was a fact that we were told we have our table for breakfast where we will be always served but when we arrived for our 2nd breakfast our table was occupied. Most probably because there was a TV "start" with his friend at the hotel - they got our table and the staff was so busy staring at them they forgot it belongs to other guests. It also repeated when I was paying - instead of serving me they started to speak to this group. It was extremely disrespectful. So be aware that in case there is someone publicly known in the hotel service level for you will drop to ZERO. And one more thing - there was COVID last 2 years - so a lot of time to repair problematic parts of the rooms or clean/paint/replace broken equipment - at least for the money they charge I would expect it. Unfortunately not here. i.e. Apartment doors as well as bathroom doors, table in the living room of the apartment - all used, lot of scratches. Fine for tourist hostel, not for 180 EURO/night room.

  : Location, the suite's layout, the bed and the pool
  : The breakfast was awful. For a 4 star luxury spa (200 per night), the breakfast was by far the worst ever in our life as travellers. The buffet looked disgusting. The omelette (to be paid extra) was alright but everything else was just not inviting. My wife had only some fruit.

  : Nice location with good parking facilities, beautiful walking distance to the centre of the Spa Luhacovice, lovely nature.
  : Function of WiFi and air-conditioning but both fixed immediately on request. Not an easy road from Brno to Luhacovice, one has to really watch out.
