  : The room was clean tidy and very sizable. The breakfast options were really good. There were a couple of members of staff who were really very helpful. We did not use the wellness facilities so I am unable to comment on these. We did have a look at them on the last day and they seemed very nice.
  : The water pressure is very poor, we were unable to use the sink or shower on several occasions.Unfortunately on the first morning I had an accident in the breakfast area and had to go to hospital, I had a broken ankle. The staff showed no concern or care for the remainder of our stay, my husband had to ask for an ambulance to be called. We were on the fourth floor with no lift, only on two days could I get any ice to try and reduce the swelling.I spoke to a member of staff about the water issue and the lack of care and concern about breaking a bone on their premisses, I was told someone would speak to me about the situation, this never happened!!

  : That unity of Pytloun is a bit out of the city center but closer to Jested tower. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and an staff member helped me with my food intolerance. As long as you don't mind a bit o walk and public transportation, this is a quite good option in Liberec.

  : The breakfast was passable and the kids liked the waffles. The coffee was undrinkable.
  : Everything. First there was some mixup with the order and they only hooked us 2 kids instead of 3. We still booked a room that can accommodate 5 but according to the stuff since they only had 4 this is what they prepared. They wouldn't even give us extra mattress, blankets or towels.Second, the room looks *nothing* like the pictures. It was shabhy, old furniture without paint peeling off, super hot, 3 stories up no elevator and to top everything up it was full of bugs (some sort of flying ants).Super poor experience. They gave me some discount as if it matters but I would stay far away.
