  : Staff were all friendly and helpful, ensuring that all I wanted/needed was provided. Room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the safe. Location is excellent The breakfast had a wide range of different foods, well presented and fresh. I love the atmosphere and architecture of the hotel: the Art Deco is fabulous, as is the original (?) lift. The new wing rooms have been tastefully and well designed. (I have stayed in both sections).
  : These are not complaints but:- If the room's minibar had been full I would probably have used it. The hot breakfast food was a bit limited at the time that I ate, but the staff were eager to help.

  : This is THE hotel to stay in Liberec; central location, can't be closer to all the attractive spots, basically you stay INSIDE one of them. Hotel has marvellous decor, even if a bit shabby at places it has a lot of unique charm. There's even ancient elevator and it WORKS! Also, breakfast overlooking the central square and magnificent city hall is unforgettable experience. Modern amenities are all fine, including parking and fast wifi. Overall, highly recommended.
  : I think the decor lacks a bit of finesse; looks like it was renovated by people with not the highest skill. Also, bathroom was clean, but small, cramped and with very cheap equipment. If you look for luxury, that's not it. Also, I was hearing people talking in the room next door, which was annoying, they weren't even particularly loud.
