  : Good location near the center on a quiet street. When we arrived, our double room was not ready, so we got a Deluxe Apartment instead, which was a wonderful Christmas gift. There were big comfy bad, two big TVs, kitchen corner with kitchenware and modern home appliances and large balcony.
  : The wall behind the bed was a little bit dirty.

  : Me and my boyfriend rented an apartment which we highly recommend. It is a big and very beautiful apartment which good furniture and a wonderful terrace which where we usually had breakfast and dinner. There is a kitchen in the suite with glasses, plates and cutlery. A refrigerator is also there. Conditioner in every room, big good bathroom. It is quite in the night and really comfortable in every aspect. It was a pleasure to come back after a long trip and relax on the terrace with a glass of wine, looking at the sunset. Location is perfect, the city center and shops are very close. Hotel staff is very friendly, always tried to help us. We had 2 bicycles and there was a possibility to store them. We have no pets but it is a dog friendly hotel.
  : It could be a bit cleaner in the suite (kitchen drawers) and also in the hotel's corridors. Pillows in the terrace could be also cleaner. Breakfast is very modest. We preferred to make it in the suite. No private parking, but there was always a parking place next to the hotel.

  : nice breakfast, large bathroom
  : most of the employees didnt speak English. The room for three almost had no space for the bags and it seems that the pension was nearly empty but still but our room was still the last one in the top floor with sloping roof

  : The location was good, rooms are acceptable
  : Staff didnt speak any other language than Czech. The lady at the check out didnt know how to issue an invoice in the company name. She was just shouting in Czech in very rude way, i asked for German or English speaking personal to communicate instead of all this shouting there were none.Check out took approximately 30min even though i was the only client.Breakfast starts at 8:00 ,so you paid for a breakfast that you wont be able to eat if you are in business trip.

  : great location. we had an excellent dinner in restaurant and breakfast was perfect
  : we had a problem with getting back in on Sunday evening. front door locks very difficult to manage. tried phoning for help no response. just needed to keep fiddling with locks. took 15 mins to get in. also towels were very hard
