  : Unfortunately we weren't very satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Our room was dirty, they probably forgot to send room service there, because there was empty wine bottle on the table, washroom was dirty, used towels hanging on doors and unmade bed was full of hair and other signs of use. We arrived late so we could only find ?restaurant manager? who cleaned the room himself. After 30 minute wait we entered room with changed bed sheets and fresh towels, but washroom was still dirty and there was dust and dirt on nightstand... Wifi didn't work either, that was really unpleasant as we needed to be online but there was nothing to do and too late to look for another hotel. Too bad there is not 24/7 reception. In the morning we received an apology from the receptionist, but that was it, no discount, nothing.... When we said even wifi didn't work, she just said: "oh well"..... She seemed to feel sorry for the situation, but also looked quite distracted and not really experienced in customer service.

  : Good location, clean rooms.
  : No air conditioning, the windows could not be opened, squeaky floor and bed. Why is there a kitchen when there is no cutlery or anything else? There was nobody at the reception when we wanted to check in/out. Especially during the check in, we had to ask a waiter from the restaurant to call a receptionist (nobody picked up our phone call).

  : The room, the location and the area.
  : The spa was not included in the price and unfortunately, it was not available in the evening. Our anticipation of a relaxing spa experience was met with disappointment when we arrived at the hotel in the evening, only to discover that the spa had already closed. Consequently, what we had paid for was merely a room for two and breakfast in the morning. Had we been aware that the spa would not be accessible, we would have considered staying elsewhere because we came to the hotel after a long-day trip. The price we paid did not justify the value we received without the inclusion of the spa.
