: Parking on the street was available and the price was low 35 euro night. Also it is quite area.
: Actually I was surprised by discrepancies between recommendations on booking and real conditions. Apartment was very dirty: dust was everywhere, dirty kitchen and dishes, spiders nets, smell of some chemicals, unkept terraces. I was afraid to seat on the furniture that was dirty and old. Yard had smelly waste boxes. Bathroom was dirty and old. It was a lot of mosquitoes and hopefully we bought repellent. Also it was very cold and uncomfortable like in cellar. We were stupid to stay there and not change the hotel. Neighbors woke up at 5 oclock in the morning and make a noise. The host should clean the pension.

: Comfortable place during winter. The double bed room was warm, and even had a small fridge inside.
: I'm not sure if the place was smokers friendly or if it was some kind of essence, but the bedroom smelled like cigarettes as soon as you enter to it. Is wasn't that bad, but some people might not like it.

: Location was very good, on the border of city and forest.
: General cleaning of apartment is needed. A lot of places has not been cleaned for long time, cobwebs in many places.

: For us it did have the ideal location. We have been there three times for various durations of stays. We had the apartment under the roof. It is very large with two level. I liked to work from there with my notebook in the childrens room under the roof, using the little desk. WIFI was ideal for video conferences. The kitchen was large engough for real cooking. The area is very quite but with good bus connection to the city center.
: The bathroom is quite small, but OK for the price. Some corners could have been a little bit cleaner. The people who were there before us did unfortunately not clean the microwave. It should be clear to guests that even when the apartment includes cleaning, you should also help to leave it behind in good condition for the following guests.
