  : Even though on booking.com the taxes were included in the price, the property took the whole amount from the card and made us pay again the city tax (almost 6 euro) on arrival, by cash. They insisted that the taxes are not included, even with a print screen as proof, and refused to make the check in until we payed again the city tax. We complained at booking.com, there is one week since than, but still no answer. We sent the bank proofs, but we still wait. We asked via booking.com a private parking, advertised as "possible, needs reservation", but our message was ignored. So if you hope to obtain a parking place, forget it. The public parking in front of the hotel is quite expensive, but at 300 m there is a free public parking. The reception was empty most of the time, nobody to talk with when you need. And worse, they speak only German, very, very badly. Very hot in the room, mosquitos if you open the window during the night... So, if you want to experience a '90 atmosphere this is the perfect place. In the restaurant, also...
