  : Great location but its better to book a room with balcony. Late check in is convenient.
  : The bed linen and towels were not changed even once during the entire week. Neither cleaning was provided. Payment was a bank transfer and cash, which created extra fee.

  : Guests are required to dispose of rubbish at a tip located five mins walk away from the apartment at Denner Partner supermarket. No additional bin bags provided.Walk from Zermatt Hb to apartment requires crossing railway tracks which was tricky with luggage.No clothes washing facilities available for guests, buildings common washing facilities are strictly for use of residents.
