  : First hotel I stayed at where I didn't feel welcome as a guest, When I asked if it would be possible to order some tea at around 9pm they said "no sorry not possible" (standing next to the coffee & tea machine). When I asked to arranged for a local taxi, the guy at the reception said: "sorry that's not possible". They did arrange for a taxi when I had to go to the doctor for an emergency however they made it very clear I was bothering them. Never experienced this at any of the 100s of hotels I stayed at.

  : The room was in the basement - this was not clear when booking on the Booking.com. The bathroom and everything had mushy smell. Needed to walk on the street with busses and cars (!) to get to the breakfast room.

  : Everything was great was my 3rd stay in a year
  : The receptionist on the morning of 6th april was very rude asked me to buy ski pass online saying its cheaper but I knew the hotel does it from previous stays . When I requested to buy one from her she lost her cool , raised her voice and started shouting saying Ive been in Switzerland long enough to learn patience.there was no line or anything. At this point I said I dont want to speak with her any further.all the other staff was really nice but this incident was terrible
