  : We were on 4th floor with no lift, also the house had a scary small room Inside one of the rooms. The shower light was not functioning through out stay. We understand that its holidays but we checked in on 22nd and notified the property.

  : Quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the city central street. Clean, nice, warm, well equipped, missing only toaster.
  : Since we didn't want to send passport scans over unencrypted e-mail, we had to go to their nearby office to show them. But service there was great and fast. Don't come before your scheduled time, door code is active at exact time, not a minute before.

  : Do not every book these apartments, very unorganised arrongant customer service. If you book it you will be in trouble from the start of your holiday
  : I booked the property nearly 2 months ago. Day before my arival they said that due to their system issue that apartment was not available and offered me a another one 3km away. I had no choise but to take it as it happened only few hours before the arrival. When I reached the apartment door access code was not working, I had to call them with roaming (costing 40 euros) to get access code and these people are refusing to reimburse roaming charges. Apartment was in an industrial area and too noisy as it is adjesent to a main road and a bridge. Propery is not properly insulated. To make things worst noise from the upstair apartment all 3 nights meant me or my kids couldn't sleep during our stay. People in upstair apartment was having parties all three nights. Entrance to apartment also garbage dump area from the shops in the ground floor. It looks very dirty when first enter the apartment block. Have to mention inside apartment is clean enough. I did not enjoy my holiday due to all these reasons and stress vision apartmenet caused us. I used booking.com for all my travel and unfortunately this time I experienced a very unpleasent situation with vision apartments. Arrogance of the vision apartments customer service make things worst. They are very unorganised. I really recommend not to use these apartments and wish this experiennce never happen to other people.

  : The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was equipped and the heating in the bathroom was great. The bed, although a bit small for two people, was good and the access to the hotel was easy. Great location, close to two different tram lines.
  : The isolation was not great, we could hear the upstairs moving the chairs constantly. Also, the main heating in the room was not on, so we had to use a small heater that smelled funny and was a bit noisy when on.
