  : great location, and close to public transport.
  : building is really really old. so expect every single step you take to make a loud enough noise that wakes everyone up. we could hear every step people above and next to us were taking.

  : There are no keys, you need to remember a 6 digits code for both doors. And dont run out of battery on your phone- you cant see anything, is all dark and without lights in the center of the room, we had to use the light of our phones to do the luggage.- the fan on the ceiling does not work and the remote control is missing.No Air conditioning either.- the key to turn on the lights of the bed only on one side- plugs only on one side of the bedThere is no space to get into bed on one of the sides and on the other the only night table obstructs part of the bathroom door.- an endless list of house items that we had to check and it took us an hour non-stop of our time and there are things that dont match- the disastrous check-in, they do not answer by booking or email which is the way they ask you to communicate with them- they create service tickets as if they were an internet company for technical problems but they never answer you, they only send automatic messages. And also they say the standard response time is after 24hs on business days we made the reservation a Saturday you know?- the TV cant connect to the internet and to be a smart TV it doesnt make sense and it doesnt even have applications its all blocked.- there is only the local cable left in a language we dont know, so the TV unless you have an HDMI cable with you is useless.- the room is hot and noisy but there is nothing you can do to change it.

  : The price and location were good. It was a walkable distance to the old city centre and a couple of shops near the apartment. Laundry and kitchen was a bonus. the apartments are located in a quiet area.
  : There was quite a creaky floor, and going to the toilet without waking up your partner was impossible. The bed was a bit small, and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. There are no more cons from my perspective.

  : Great location in a nice area in Zurich close to Viaduct Market
  : Our apartment was on the ground floor (I was not aware of this when booking). This means that you cannot leave the window open at night. Because it was hot and there was the fan was not working, this was really an issue. We did not sleep very well. Also, during the day people parked their car in front of the window and could look into the apartment. There are curtains but they are too small to cover the window...so quite useless. The bed is very very small for 2 people, you can barely move. The apartment had a bit of a smell and was quite humid, there is no sunlight or so coming in, probably this is why it is humid. When we contacted Vision Apartments about the non working fan I never received an answer. Basically there is not much help from them. Also, you are supposed to go through the list of equipment of the apartment to ensure that nothing is missing otherwise you can be held accountable. This is a joke and I've never experienced this before! It was a list of +50 items, including dishes, cutlery, towels etc. It should be the cleaning lady / office manager verifying after each customer that nothing is missing!

  : I booked and paid the more expensive studio with balcony 2 months upfront and even asked for a quiet accomodation during my professional stay. Somehow, I ended up on the groundfloor and without balcony. The management claimed there was some kind of mistake due to which they had to provide me with this "complementary update". They refused to move me because they were fully booked. I was waiting for suggestions to rectify the situation but recieved none. This accomodation did not live up to standards I chose it and paid it for. I still expect at least an appology and financial compensation for the difference in price for studio with and without balcony. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD THAT BAD EXPERIENCE VIA BOOKING.COM BEFORE.
