  : The location was convenient.
  : The room smelt of smoke and was hard to breathe. The shared bathroom was never clean. The people staying in the rooms beside us were very loud woke us up every morning (2am).

  : The bed, bed frame, linen, walls, floor were all visibly dirty. There were dust cobwebs in the corners, and the pictures looked nothing like the room we were given.

  : We were told there would be somebody to give us the keys at the reception at arrivel. However, there was no one there, and also for the whole week we stayed there, no one ever showed up at the reception. The key was given to us by a resident (student) and we had to pay the staying costs to this student. The information shows this house is for 7 people, but there were only 4 chairs and the kitchen was barely filled. There were almost no utencils, only 3 forks and 3 spoons. Also not enough plates or pans. The pots in the closet were not clean. The dishwasher was still full when we arrived, and there were hairs on the cutting boards. On the picture on Booking.com they showed coffee cups to use for the coffee machine, and soaps in the bathroom but there was nothing present when we arrived. The amount of beds were also not in compliance with the pictures. There are stains and hairs on the beds and couches. The floor is sticky. The information on Booking.com shows that there is a laundry machine available. However, we never received a key for the washing room. We texted the owner if we could get a key for this room. That was possible only the next day at 10 in the morning. But we had activities during the day, so we could only get it the next evening. She asked if we could give the key back the very next day. Very strange we are not allowed to use the washing room the whole week during our stay. The information also says there is a view on garden and on city; there is no view whatsoever. The amount of noise disturbance during the night was insane, so much that some nights we could barely sleep. Overall, this location is definitely not a hotel, it is more like a student house. The fact that it is being showed here as a hotel is wrong.

  : The room size is big and good area.
  : The host cannot speak English. They provided the wrong code for check out box. It is hard to contact for late check in. The room is not clean and a lot of dust. The apartment mentioned that washer and dryer and provided. It is initially expected that it is in the room . In fact, it is in the basement for common use. Moreover, light is not enough. There is no escalator who the exact floor. It is parked at the middle of the stair and you have to carry baggage to your room.

  : Property has nothing to do with pictures, this are not the property pictures. Property is completely different, super dirty, not safe to stay there.
  : Everything, starting from the clean perspective, the host Ana was the worst person I ever seen. Property is not a place to stay at Zurich, I will highly recommend Ibis Hotel
