Policies

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs CHF 25 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for CHF 30 per person per stay when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for CHF 30 per person per stay when using an existing bed.
People 4 years old and over stay for CHF 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of CHF 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property has no reception. There is a check-in machine where you have to provide your booking number, your passport or ID number, and a credit or debit card for payment. After the registration and the payment, you will receive your room key.

The apartments can be reached by car from Gingster-Weg on the backside of the hotel. Please note that private parking is not possible after check-out.

Please note that there is no daily cleaning service at the property. For longer stays, basic weekly cleaning will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be booked on site at a surcharge.

Please note that cash payment is only possible upon prior arrangement and for arrivals between 09:00 and 18:00.
