  : The staff were great, our flight was changed, delayed and they stayed there so we could get our room. Great access to the trams.
  : The room was very small and very hot. No A/C, and when you left the windows open, the noise was very bad. We didn't sleep well here.

  : Could be fairly noisy early in the morning, especially with the housekeeping cupboard next door. Had to pull the bed away from the wall to find a socket as the extension cord (and the bedside lamp) was not working.

  : The room was small and cozy, but decent. The hotel was clean.There is a bus station right outside the hotel. There is also a grocery store right outside the hotel.
  : The hotel reception is only open from 8am-7pm and is completely closed on Saturdays and Sundays! So, we have no clue who to contact if we need anything outside 8am-7pm on weekdays. There was no mention of this on booking.com when we booked the hotel.We reached the hotel on Friday early evening. When we reached the hotel, there was no one at reception. After waiting for 5mins, we started looking around. Finally, we found someone working in the hotel restaurant who could check us in. During the check-in initially, this person could not find our booking. After a while, the booking was found. While we were checking in, the receptionist finally came and started asking other guests. We wanted to ask a few questions like how to check-out to the receptionist, so we decided to wait until she is done helping others. However, the person from the restaurant who checked us in said we should not wait and come back later otherwise the receptionist may get angry. We did that without realizing the reception would be closed on Saturday and Sunday. So, now there is no one to help us and we have no clue how to check-out.Our worst experience was with the elevator. There is a small elevator in the hotel. However, they turn the elevator off on Saturdays and Sundays! Our check-out was on Sunday and we had to bring our two large bags down through the stairs. Turning the elevator off on the weekends makes no sense. What are the guests staying at the hotel supposed to do on the weekends?!

  : When I reached the hotel at 10;15 pm the reception door was locked and I was not allowed access to my room.The reason being that I had reached the hotel past the check in time. Inspite of having informed them that i would be reaching late. There was no arrangment made for my check in. So I had to go looking for another hotel to check in for the night. This was an utterly unprofessional approach by the hotel staff.
